We believe that divorce doesn’t have to be bitter and unfriendly. A sensitive approach from your legal team can make all the difference. A lawyer may quickly leave the scene once a divorce is completed but you and your former spouse may have to work together for years to come, especially if there are children involved. It’s no help to you if we make an already difficult relationship any worse.
Divorce is about the process of undoing the marriage; making you “unmarried”. Getting divorced won’t, in itself, sort out outstanding financial and property issues between you and your spouse, or the arrangements for the children but of course we can help you with all of these things and you’ll find plenty of information on these aspects in other parts of our website.

The aim of this meeting is to advise you how we can help you and the likely overall cost if you decide to go ahead.
