Hector Stamboulieh
Hector qualified in 1991. He trained with a medium-sized Bristol firm, eventually becoming Head of their Personal Injury Department. He joined Foster & Partners in 1998, taking over the Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Department and expanding our areas of work.
He has built up over 14 years experience in his field. He has arranged case funding through legal aid, trade unions, motoring organisations and most of the major legal expenses insurance companies in the UK. He has been involved in all types of personal injury and clinical negligence claims, with claims ranging from £5,000 to over £4million. His last contested clinical negligence case succeeded in obtaining compensation of £875,000 on behalf of a seriously injured client.
He is a Member of the Pan-European Organisation of Personal Injury Lawyers, a Fellow of the College of Personal Injury Law and an Associate of both the Chartered Management Institute and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He is also a Fellow of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
Hector has acted for clients in the USA, France, Canada, the Gambia, Cyprus and Greece. He has particular expertise in dealing with claims arising from accidents abroad.
