Helen joined Foster & Partners as a paralegal in 1991 and qualified as a solicitor in 2001.

Helen heads the firm's property team handling domestic residential conveyancing, both locally and throughout the country. In 16 years with Foster & Partners, Helen has built up extensive experience in resolving a wide range of property transaction difficulties and problems. Helen handles sales, purchases, remortgages, gifts of property, transfer of equity and residential leases. 

Helen's expertise also includes drafting wills and administering estates. She can help you with powers of attorney, advance directives, applications to the Court of Protection and change of name deeds.
